JAY RUBIN
Jay is a high-caliber management professional with a proven track record in Fortune 500 corporate, medium and small business environments. He thrives at creative problem solving, decision-making, building long lasting relationships and coaching, as well as creating an environment of teamwork to ensure an organization’s long-term prosperity.
Jay’s skills were forged in quality assurance test engineering, personnel and project management, legal and vendor relations with the ability to speak fluent “Geek”, build teams and tame chaos. Having worked as an engineer, an analyst, a project manager, an operations manager, a COO, a Chief of Staff and as a President, Jay is well equipped to solve issues, assist in managing teams and configure processes.
Jay has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from California State University at Northridge. He is a long-time resident of Malibu, California.
NEIL ENDE
Neil is a nationally recognized expert on telecommunications transactional, litigation and regulatory issues. He has served as counsel to many of the nation’s largest resellers, wireless carriers, master agencies and agents, as well as other companies involved in leading edge technology applications. Neil has negotiated and drafted hundreds of carrier and agency agreements, including agreements with every major telecommunications carrier. He also has successfully litigated complex telecommunications cases in proceedings in state, federal courts and regulatory agencies across the country, the FCC, the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) and JAMS/Endispute.
Neil has received the highest accolades for his legal work, including the coveted AV-rating (the highest possible peer review ratings for ability and ethics) from the respected Martindale Hubbell legal directory. Neil is a regular contributor of feature articles to leading industry publications and journals, and is a frequent speaker at major industry conferences and meetings.
